An overview of the ProCard and GoCard reconciliation process. The ProCard module within the Common Finance System is used to record detailed descriptions of ProCard and/or GoCard charges, make adjustments to Chartfield distributions, and review historical data. 

 

Lesson 1: Reconciling a ProCard/GoCard Statement [4:59 Min]

In this lesson, you will learn how to search for your ProCard or GoCard statement, add detailed descriptions to each of your transactions, and change Chartfields and/or create split distributions, as needed.

 

Lesson 2: Printing a ProCard/GoCard Statement Report [2:06 Min]

In this lesson, you will learn how to print and submit your ProCard and/or GoCard Statement report.

 

Lesson 3: Viewing & Printing ProCard/GoCard History [3:33 Min]

In this lesson, you will learn how to view your historical ProCard and/or GoCard information and print your historical ProCard and/or GoCard statement reports. If you missed the due date for reconciliation in the ProCard Adjustment page, follow the steps in this lesson to print your statement report, and then manually write in your descriptions.
