The CMS Project Office hosts several ListServs to communicate important information to our users. Communication ranges from updates on system downtime to changes in functionality to information on training and open labs. Use the links below to subscribe to the List(s) of your choice. Communication on these lists is one-way, from CMS to you. Users cannot post to them. These are primarily intended for faculty and staff. Students are encouraged to find their updates on the main page of MySJSU as most of the updates sent on these lists will not be applicable.
Used to communicate information related to Finance (PeopleSoft purchasing, accounts payable and accounting), the Finance Web Component, Cognos, and related training, open labs and system downtime.
Used to communicate information related to Human Resources (PeopleSoft HRSA/MySJSU) including custom HR reports, temporary faculty processing, labor cost distribution, absence management, and related training, open labs and system downtime.
Used to communicate information related to Student Administration (PeopleSoft HRSA/MySJSU) including student admissions, records, academic advising, financial aid, student financials, and related training, open labs and system downtime.
Used to share questions, problems and solutions with other Student Administration Data Warehouse users.
This list is primarily for central users of the system, project team members and central developers. It is used to communicate information about system downtime (both production and non-production instances), Instance Management and other pertinent database information.
