Course Tracks

  • Academic Department Users: If you work in an academic department, this course listing is for you. You may be expected to process information related to faculty and students that non-academic department users are not expected to do. Many classes are the same for all users, but please review this list to see what is appropriate for you.
  • Non-Academic Department Users: If you work in a non-academic department, please review this course list to see what your training options are. At times, you may need to take an additional class, but at present, this list encompasses what most users need.
  • Managers/Approvers: Managers may not need as much process-oriented training as department users, but if you are a manager or supervisor of staff and have been designated as an approver, you may need to complete training. Please review this list to see if you are impacted.
  • Central Office Users: Users in central offices like Human Resources, Accounting or Student Records may require specialized training courses. Please review the Non-Academic Department User course track and determine if it meets your needs. If it does not, please contact the CMS Training Team for information on additional training.
