HR9002: Academic HR Processing for 9

  • Prerequisite: None
  • Course Type: Hands-on instructor led training provided by Information Support Services
  • Who should attend: Employees who manage the faculty appointment/re-appointment process for their department

This course provides instruction and hands-on practice in entering recruitment data for part-time temporary, full-time temporary and tenure track faculty positions. You will learn how to enter and revise contract data for part-time temporary faculty members. You will learn how to complete the applicant hire for part-time temporary faculty members. You will also learn how to view recruitment information on-line for all recruitments, both staff and faculty. You will learn how the Employee Profile works and how you will use it to process your employee transactions.

 

HR9015: Entering Expense Adjustments

  • Prerequisite: None
  • Course Type: Hands-on instructor led training provided by Information Support Services
  • Who should attend: College Budget Analysts who have the responsibility and knowledge related to determining and managing employee salary expenses

This course provides instruction and hands-on practice in entering salary expense adjustments for all departments in your college.

 

RW003: Department Recruiting Processes

  • Prerequisite: None
  • Course Type: Hands-on instructor led training provided by Human Resources
  • Who should attend: Employees who submit Request to Recruit paperwork. This course is not intended for those who are hiring team members or approvers

This course provides instruction and hands-on practice in submitting Request to Recruit documentation for departments. In addition, you will learn how to manage recruitments and will see a glimpse of the applicant and approver processes.
