You can take many CMS/PeopleSoft training courses right from your computer. There will still be a number of courses that require hands-on classroom training, but some of the basics are available here.
We recommend that you complete these courses on a PC. If you do not have access to a PC, please contact the CMS Training Team, and we can arrange some time for you to complete the desired courses in one of our training rooms.
Online classes require a flash player for viewing. We recommend the free Macromedia Flash Player.
You must have administrator access to your PC in order to download this. Please contact your local tech support if you are unable to download the software. Once this is installed, you can proceed to the web-based training.

The web-based training database was upgraded in December 2008 and some passwords were reset during this process. If your password has been reset, you can find out what your new password is by clicking on the Need help with a lost password? hyperlink on the web-based training Login page or by contacting the CMS Help Desk at cmshelp@sjsu.edu or 408-924-1530.
