About Our IT Service Desk
As part of IT Services, our IT Service Desk provides technical help support services to the campus community.
What We Do
- Provide login information to students and employees
- Answer navigational questions
- Answer processing questions
- Troubleshoot printing problems
- Troubleshoot basic software problems
- Assist users with online employee training
- Provide training information to employees
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for various technology systems to answer questions and resolve issues.
The IT Service Desk responds to inquiries in the order in which they are received. During critical processing times for students and employees, priority will be given to emails and phone calls related to deadlines. As a general rule, the response times listed below will be followed, although most responses are provided more quickly.
