Setup Authorized User

  1. Click the Log into MySJSU button (in original window) and enter User ID and password
    Note: These instructions opened in a new window. We suggest you click the login button in your original window so you can still refer back to these instructions after you have logged in
  2. In the Student Center, click online payments and account services
  3. Click the Student Account Home button
  4. Click the Authorized Users tab
  5. Click the Add an Authorized Userbutton
  6. Complete the following:
    • E-mail Address of the Authorized User: enter email address for the person you wish to be able to pay your bills
    • Would you like to allow this person to view your billing statement? Select either yes or no
    • Would you like to allow this person to view your payment history? Select either yes or no
  7. Click the Add User button
  8. Read agreement carefully
  9. Enter last 4 digits of your student ID number, and then click the I Agree button
  10. If you wish to Update or Delete this autorized user, click the appropriate link
  11. If you wish to add another authorized user, click the Add an Authorized User button
