Set up Your Refund Preferences

  1. Click the Log into MySJSU button (in original window) and enter User ID and password
    Note: These instructions opened in a new window. We suggest you click the login button in your original window so you can still refer back to these instructions after you have logged in
  2. In the Student Center, click online payments and account services
  3. Click the Student Account Home button
  4. Click the Refunds tab
  5. To set up a refund account, click the Payment Profiles link
  6. Use the drop down menu to select Bank Account (checking/savings), and then click the Go button
  7. Complete the following:
    • Account Nickname: Enter nickname for account (e.g. Primary Checking)
    • Account Type: Use drop down menu to select account type
    • ABA Routing Number: Click on the View Details link for details
    • Account Number: Enter bank account number
    • Confirm Account Number: Enter bank account number
    • Name on Account: Enter full name on account
    • Refund Option: Check this box so that any future refunds will be electronically deposited into this account
  8. Click the Save button
  9. When done, click the Refunds tab
  10. Click the Refund History tab
  11. The Refund History page displays
    Note: If you have a refund history, that information will display on this page.
