User IDs and passwords are sent via Campus Mail to all new faculty members (full-time and part-time) attached to a class for the current term. If you are teaching a class and did not receive this information, please contact the CMS Help Desk as described below.
Our Forgotten Password Help takes only a few minutes to setup. If you forget your password anytime in the future, you can have a new password emailed to you automatically - usually within 10 minutes. For instructions, see Setup MySJSU Forgotten Password Help. If you forget your password and have not previously setup the Forgotten Password Help, you can get a password reset by contacting the CMS Help Desk as described below.
Passwords in MySJSU expire every 90 days for all employees. When your password expires, you can setup a new password. For instructions on how to do this, see MySJSU Password Changes & Expiration.
