PeopleSoft Finance - Passwords Expire Every 90 Days

1. Login to Finance Production (FSJPRD)
2. From the Main Menu, click Change My Password
3. Enter your old password in the Old Password field
4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields
   Note: The new password must be 8 characters in length and must contain 1 number and 1 special character
5. Click Change Password
   • The Password Saved page displays
6. Click OK
   • The Change Password page displays
7. Click Sign Out in order for the change to take effect

Note: Once the password has expired, you will be prompted to change it upon login. Click the Click here to change your password hyperlink and you will be brought to the Change Password page. Follow steps 3-8 above to complete the password change

Finance Web Component - Passwords Expire Every 3 Months

1. Login to Finance Web Component
2. From the top menu, click Change User Data
3. Enter your old password in the Old Password field
4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields
   Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. They must contain 1 alpha and 1 number. Also, the new password cannot be the same as any previous one
5. Click Submit

Note: Once the password has expired, you will be prompted to change it upon login. Follow steps 3-6 above to change the password once it has expired
