1. Click the Login to MySJSU button (in original window) and enter your User ID and password
   Note: These instructions opened in a new window. We suggest you click the login button in your original window so you can still refer back to theseinstructions after you have logged in
2. Click Password Help
3. Click Change or set up forgotten password help
4. In the Question field, select a question that only you can answer
5. Type the answer to this question in the Response field
   Note: Example questions are, "What is your mother's maiden name?" or "What is your dog's name?"
6. Click OK
7. Click Save

Note: The reset password will be automatically emailed to your preferred email address, so please make sure your email address is up to date as well.
