Change My Password

1. Click the Login to MySJSU button (in original window) and enter your User ID and password
   Note: These instructions opened in a new window. We recommend you click the login button in your original window so you can still refer back to these instructions after you have logged in
2. From the Main Menu, click Change My Password hyperlink
3. Enter your current password in the Current Password field
4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields
   Note: The new password must be 8 characters in length and contain at least 1 number
5. Click Change Password
   • The Password Saved page displays
6. Click OK
   • The Change Password page displays
7. Click Sign Out in order for the change to take effect

Expired Passwords

Note: Passwords in MySJSU/HSJPRD (HR/SA Production) will expire every 90 days for all employees, including student employees. Once the password has expired, you will be notified upon login

1. Click Click here to change your password hyperlink
   • The Change Password page displays
2. Follow steps 3-8 above to complete the password change
