Finance Password Changes & Expiration

Finance Production (FSJPRD) - Passwords expire every 90 days

Passwords in FSJPRD will expire every 90 days. You may change your password at anytime using the steps below:

  1. Log into Finance Production (FSJPRD)
  2. Click Change My Password in the main menu
  3. Enter the Old Password
  4. Enter the New Password - in two fields. The new password must be 8 characters in length and contain 1 number and 1 special character.
  5. Click the Change Password button
  6. Click OK on the Password Saved page
  7. You are returned to the Change Password page
  8. Click Sign Out in order for the change to take effect

Once the password has expired, you will be notified upon login. Click the link labeled Click here to change your password and you will be brought to the Change Password page. Follow steps 3-8 above to complete the password change.

Finance Web Component - Passwords expire every 6 months

Passwords in the Finance Web Component are currently set to expire every 6 months. The steps below walk you through changing your password in the Finance Web Component. Once the password is expired, you will be prompted to change it upon login. Follow steps 3-6 below to change the password once it has expired.

  1. Log into the Finance Web Component
  2. Click Change User Data from the top menu
  3. Enter the Old Password
  4. Enter the New Password - in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields
  5. Click the Submit button
  6. You are returned to the Main Menu
