How to Setup Forgotten Password Functionality

Log into MySJSU by clicking the button to the right.
Click on My System Profile.
Click on Change or set up forgotten password help.
In the Question field, type or select a question whose answer someone else is not likely to remember, but will be easy for you.
Type the answer to this question in the Response field.
Note: Example questions are, "What is your mother's maiden name" or "What is your dog's name?"
Click OK.
Click Save.

Note: The reset password will be automatically emailed to your preferred email address, so please make sure your email address is up to date as well. Instructions for updating your email address are below.
