MySJSU Password Changes & Expiration

MySJSU/HSJPRD (HR/SA Production) - Passwords expire every 90 days

Passwords in MySJSU/HSJPRD will expire every 90 days for all employees, including student employees. You may change your password at anytime using the steps below:

  1. Log into MySJSU/HSJPRD
  2. Click Change My Password in the main menu
  3. Enter the Old Password
  4. Enter the New Password - in two fields. The new password must be 8 characters in length and contain at least 1 number.
  5. Click the Change Password button
  6. Click OK on the Password Saved page
  7. You are returned to the Change Password page
  8. Click Sign Out in order for the change to take effect

Once the password has expired, you will be notified upon login. Click the link labeled Click here to change your password and you will be brought to the Change Password page. Follow steps 3-8 above to complete the password change.
