Email phishing messages are sent regularly to many SJSU students, faculty, and staff. The CMS Help Desk will often ask for your User ID, but will never ask for your password. Any message that asks for your MySJSU password is a hoax.
These messages should be ignored and deleted from your inbox. If you accidentally respond to an email message like this, please login to MySJSU and change your password immediately to prevent unauthorized access to your account. Contact the CMS Help Desk if you have any questions.
